Delete your HilalGO account.

Signed-in users initiate a verified deletion request directly in HilalGO. Support is available for questions, but is not required to start deletion.

  1. Open HilalGO and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

  2. Review the warning and confirm the request.

  3. Complete the identity-verification step for your sign-in provider.

  4. A confirmation is sent when deletion is completed.

Deletion timing

Deletion normally completes within 7 days and no later than 30 days unless legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or moderation retention applies. A confirmation is sent when completed.

What may be removed

Deleting an account may remove sign-in access, profile details, saved data, and personal history that is no longer needed to operate the service.

Retained records

Some records may remain where needed for security, fraud prevention, moderation history, support records, dispute handling, or legal compliance. See the Privacy Policy.
